We have fallen in love with this vacation rental location.  We are conveniently located within walking distance of many beach and downtown activities.  Our condo is located on the ground floor which allows for you to watch a gorgeous sunset from the back patio.

            Sleeping and dining accomodations are ideal for couples or a family of four.  Our queen bed and convertible sleeper comfortably sleep four.  However, if you prefer separate sleeping quarters, this is not the place for you.

            Our kitchenette and bathroom are clean and tastefully decorated.  They both offer granite countertops and updated fixures.  The bathroom has a tub/shower combo.  The kitchenette offers a refrigerator, a microwave, and a cook top stove.  The kitchenette is our favorite amenity since it allows you the choice to eat a meal in while saving money.

            Our unit is located in a secure, quiet building.  There is a coin operated laundry facility adjacent to our unit in the hall.  It is important to us that you feel comfortable and enjoy your stay.  For your convenience we have included:

            various games
            a small stereo system
            a TV/DVD combo
            limited cable service
            sand toys and patio chairs

            *We do NOT provide phone service.

            Our family enjoys staying in clean accommodations when we vacation and hope that you will help us to maintain our standard.  We do not provide maid service which is why we charge a cleaning fee which is refundable per the rental agreement.  We will be happy to provide you with a copy upon request.
